National Rural Health Mission Surguja has issued notification for filling up of 166 Staff Nurse & ANM vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 22-02-2013. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess 12th class with Life sciences, B.Sc Nursing Degree for Staff Nurse Posts & 10th with ANM training for ANM Posts.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in prescribed application format as shown in the notification or can be downloaded from the website www.surguja.nic.in . Fill the Application, attach photograph, 2 self addressed envelopes with Rs.5/- stamps and copies of all documents in support of educational qualifications, age, caste, residence, employment enrollment card, nativity and experience certificates must be sent by super scribing the envelope with the name of the post to Divisional Joint Director of Health Services, Surguja – Division – Ambikapur through Registered post/ Speed Post on or before 22-02-2013.
