IBPS RRB II Recruitment 2013 :-
IBPS has announced the ONLINE CWE for RRBs for filling the PO (General Banking Officers and Specialist Officers (Scale I, II and III) and Office Assistants(Multipurpose) posts . This is the second CWE for recruitment in RRBs. The first CWE for RRBs was a paper based test and the second one is an ONLINE test. Number of participating banks is 62, as against 82 for the first CWE for RRBs that was announced in 2012.

(B) Eligibility Criteria (as on 01-07-2013):
Age :
- Scale III Officer - Above 21 years and below 40 years
- Scale II Officer - Above 21 and below 32 years
- Scale I Officer - Above 18 and below 28
- Office Assistants - 18 - 28 year
Relaxation in age for reserved category as per government rules.
Education qualification :
- Office Assistants and Scale - I Officer: Degree. Proficiency in local language ( Should have passed local language as one of the subject in 10th )
- Scale III Officer: Degree with 50% marks in aggregate
- Scale II Officer - Specialists Officer General Banking : Professional qualifications as related to the posts ( Details mentioned in the notification )
- Scale II Officer - General Banking Officer : Degree with 50% marks in aggregate.
(C) Application fee details :
(1) Scale I, II and III Officers - Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs 600 for others. (2) Office Assistants - Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs 600 for others

Duration of Exam : 3 hours for Specialist Officers and 150 minutes for rest of the posts.
Negative Marking : 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty
Cut off Score : Each candidate will have to secure a minimum standard score in each of the tests and also on the TWSS.
CWE Score : The candidates’ scores will be made available on IBPS website and candidates may view the same using their credentials like registration no., roll no., password etc.
Validitiy of CWE scores : Score issued by IBPS will be valid for one year from the date of display of the Score on IBPS’s website and will be considered for recruitment exercises during that period.
Note -1 : Each participating RRB will independently issue a separate recruitment notification, specifying vacancies and stipulating the eligibility criteria, as desired by respective RRBs. This implies that IBPS will not conduct common imterviews for RRBs.
Note -2 : A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
How to apply : Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS's website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link "Common Written Examination for RRBs" and then click on the appropriate option "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- RRBs-OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III) September 2013" or "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWERRBs- OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Multipurpose) September/October 2013" to open up the On- Line Application Form. No other mode of application will be accepted. Payment of fee can be done online or offline.
